I was doing some thinking about who Caesar reminded me of, and I just came up with my answer: Β a mixture of Dr. Jonathan Crane from the Batman universe (lack of empathy, sees everyone as experiments or a means to an end, affiliation with gases and fear) and the Child Catcher from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (voice, demeanor, manner with children, not to mention the candy trick). Β What do you think?
That said, your stare makes this just unnerving enough that you're chilled to the bone, but that's what makes Caesar Clown her deliciously evil self.
