Wow, this photo really caught my eye. There's something with the combination of the composition and the vibrant colours which makes it so interesting. Superb!

Hmmm! Thank you. I'm still not fully satisfied with this composition and especialy perpective wich is not perfect according to me. Anyway, I like it too and wanted to share it with my DA friends

Well, the composition is not flawless, but I think it let's the photo have its own personality if you're following me right. I also think the perspective makes this a lot more interesting, it's almost just why I like this so much - because the rules are broken!

As you said, composition is not much problem in this one and I also like to break some rules sometimes. I just wanted to accentuate more the perpective but didn't find a better angle to fit with lightning and an acceptable composition...

wonderful perspective! I find it even better than the previous shot ^^What I found impressive is the clouds in the background , they seem to run away towards the center of the pic. Really impressive...and I agree with you, himalaya is a wonderful playground
just a technical question? are you using a wide angle here?

Yes, I'm using the Sigma 10-20 ultra wide angle lens at 10mm for this shoot. It's a really creative lens and create great perspectives. The effect on clouds comes mostly from using this lens.

Why not? You'll need your own bike... mine is already overloaded! Himalaya's are great adventurous areas.

I started photography in a professional way since one year now. It is mostly about travels slideshows and step by step, i'm going further.
But photography is only a part of my activities as i'm also therapist in Ayurveda.

It's always hard to create nice perspective with prayer flags and i'm still not fully satisfied with this one...
