I hate her, let me have my opinions on my own damn drawings
I'm not bashing you if you like her, but I don't want to have every dove lover on my face telling me that she's awesome and shit

What you have to do is note that this picture is 5 years old and I don't care about warriors in general anyway.
However, as this is my art I'm allowed to voice my own opinion on why and why not I want or don't want to hear about people's views on certain characters or images. People's opinions on Dovewing have nothing to do with this piece, therefore I didn't want to hear them. This would be a different story if this picture was centered on Dovewing, which it still isn't, after 5 years. What's happening in the comments, is mostly my frustration on people not reading the description. As you can see, I'm being "snappy" (as you describe it) to both Dovewing lovers and haters. I'm trying to enforce a rule in there, it's nothing more or less. I haven't even been particularly rude to anyone, reminding them to read the description isn't "rude". If you can't stand being corrected, don't write comments or read them.
I don't see why you have to come to a deviation that's 5 years old on my mostly dead deviantart to try and moralize me or my actions when I was just a younger child. I don't particularly appreciate that either. Why should've I disabled comments when most people can discuss Ivypool here regularly and don't have to bring her sister into the business?
I see you like Dovewing, that's probably why you're here. If you're actually 21 years old you should know better. It's not worth it in all honesty. Check the update date of the art next time, it'll save us all some trouble. Me not liking Dove isn't a personal attack on anyone, and if you take it as such you probably shouldn't be on here.

And by the way, I actually respect opinions. I'm not a crazy Dovewing fan who bashes on others because they like Ivypool. Yes, I can be rather overprotective of her, but I actually can handle opinions, thank you very much.

There is a difference between "correcting" and "attacking".
Since you told me I shouldn't be on either if I felt "attacked" then maybe you should do the same since you feel "attacked" also. Even though I wasn't "attacking" you smh. Maybe blunt, but not attacking.
I swear people nowadays use the word "attack" for everything. And I genuinely don't feel like I was attacking you. Perhaps I was blunt, but nothing I said should have made you feel like you were attacked. If I was really attacking you, then I would have been a lot worse.

This deviation is still 5 years old. I don't see any reason for you to purposely seek out this massively old deviation to try and demoralize me. I consider purposefully seeking out old things that I've done / said 5 years ago to be an attack.
The only person wasting everyone's time here is you. If you would've bothered to use your head a little to look through my profile or the statistics of this picture, you'd know I'm not active, and this was uploaded. 5. years. ago. You haven't corrected me.
Where was I being rude? How is telling people to read the description rude? Do you get triggered from watching youtube videos where the person suggests you to read the description too? I've been talking about my comments throughout this pointless conversation. Let me fetch you some of my answers from 3-5 years ago, and you tell me how I'm rude.

It's humorous how you have to feel entitled enough to try and "correct" my 13 year old self after I've turned 18. Again, if you're 21, you should know better.

I don't really think Dovepaw should have been a prophecie cat, hollyleaf should have been. Ivypaw is a cat I have to love, Dovepaw just rubs everything in her face. Dovepaw deserved to be in Antpelts place! I love the picture though. Even though they ain't the right colour, you worked hard and I respect that.

when i first discovered Dovewing and Ivypool, while i was reading warriors, Dovewing was my favorite cat. for some reason i came to love her sister and hate Dovewing, i began to think she was just too perfect. i don't really know why i started thinking things about her, i suppose it might be becuase when i was thinking of making a short warrior fanfiction (but the computer i wrote it on broke and i lost it) i imagined Ivypool and the mother of the protagonist of my story. after spending weeks thinking about and wrighting about Ivypool and her daughter that i kinda just started hated Dovewing but loving her sister.

I mean, of course Ivypool is too, I just feel obliged to defend Dovewing. Why do you hate her? Responding to some of the comments:
1) Dovewing isn't mean, or ignorant, and she DEFINITELY does not rub her powers in anyone's faces.
2) I dunno, you can have your own opinion, but Dovewing doesn't seem at all like a Mary Sue to me.
