I do not know what the OC owner's inspiration for her cutie mark was/is, only that the character is a florist. Might be coincidence, might not be. I can't really say for certain, and neither is impossible. Sorry I couldn't really answer your question on this one.
Definitely isn't modern Fluttershy, though. I'm very familiar with that cutie mark.

What I meant was that the cm was futtershys original cm.... (When they were developing characters) I think...

How much things cost really depends on the complexity and level of detail of what I'm coloring. If you have something specific you'd like me to color, I can take a look and give you a quote. c:
I don't do lineart commissions myself, though, because the amount of time it takes me to draw the characters myself at my present skill level in that area would not be very cost effective for either of us. :/

Thanks! I've really grown to like the traditional unicorn tails on pieces like this, as well. I think it would be pretty cool to see unicorns with long tails in canon MLP. c:
