Here is Axolotl, she was hatched too early so her scales and muscles are see through, I tried my best...I know it looks really bad, still sketchy and what not! Anyways! I am really stuck on her Ball outfit! I have the pearl earrings but I'm have no idea what to do for her dress and other accessories! I was thinking maybe something white with black and white pearls? So here is what I am thinking,
Keep the pearl earring. Add a pure white flowing dress with black pearls on the side. A white and black pearl bracelet and a white head peice that drape a little over the back side of the neck with black pearls on the sides. Hope you like it!

I think maybe an dress? I'd say like silk black gown, sort of see though. Trails on ground, but doesn't cover tip of tail. I'd also say themed on black satin ribbons, though, with white highlights. Like ribbon drapes on wings and horns.
As for that, on the gown, (if your just adding the costume to this) 2 white satin drapes evenly distrubuted on the gown, each quite thick. Maybe an silvery pink bow on each of the white satin? The drapes on gown are studed with black and pink-white pearls. Same as for the wing and horn drapes. As for bracelets, (I'll make an exception for theis idea, since I used it for meh oc aqua) and single pearl bracelet of white and black arternating pattern, and an double pearl bracelet of white and black arternating pattern.
So what do you think? That isn't all of what I wanted to say, but I could just give you a sketch of what I think it should be? I dunno.

Ahhh she looks awesome! I love the blood vessels, the hints of the blue/green and how you did the bones! All so amazing!
As for her ball wear, I'd suggest black pearls to balance out the paler colors. As for what she should wear, I'd say have sleeves to her front legs, then a cape type thing towards the back. As silly as this may sound, MLP:FIM does a good job of creating outfits, namely gala wear, for the characters. I'd deficient take a look at some of those pictures if you could.
