This seems to have a lot of meaning and symbolism to it. The painted tree with an extended branch that reaches the veil. The way she holds her hands. It's like she's wanting to escape the veil that's connected to the door. She wants to go further without any restraint yet she's not desperate to escape it. Rather patient instead. As if she realizes it's a part of growing up. Whatever "it" may be. This image seems to reflect on the darker sides of growing up that reminds of how important patience sometimes can be.
This is an amazing photograph.
