Yeah, Upgrade Predator stomps. He has alien tech, far more advanced evolutions, a brain more advanced than a human's... as mentioned in the Predator movie, the Indoraptor is a properly named predator, hunting for survival. The Upgrade Predator is poorly named because he hunts for sport.

I think they'd be on par in physical strength but Upgrade still got the tech and less honor than the rest of his kind so he would use it.
