Me and came up with an idea for a new concept based around a world where after a nuclear attack radiation caused people who were caught up in the blast to give birth to 'defect' humans, humans who cannot breed and are different from normal humans physically and mentally, usually being mentally unstable and having extreme peaks of emotion or being emotionless or neurotic. The humans are treated lower then animals, many people thinking they shouldn’t have rights and shouldn’t be protected while others fight to protect them though its a losing battle. People keep them as slaves to do what they want with, using them for work or shifting heavy loads or sexual pleasure or just to beat up.
Some defects live alone in wild or the sewers though they tend to die pretty quickly.

This is my oc B!11Y, Or 'Billy' as he goes by usually. He is a defected human that was raised in a lab called Q9 named after the sector most effected by the nuclear blast. Most defected humans only have the radiation markings (the black and white circular markings on his skin) but Billy was tested on and his genes modified and inter mixed with animal DNA to see how it would effect the radiation. All it really did was fuck up his eyes and turn him into a lizard guy. He has a tail, can climb on walls, and secrets glowing yellow toxins from his hands and feet to stick to things. His eyes also glow.
He's scared of the light instead of being scared of the dark seeing as bright light blinds him. Is also incredibly scared of new people.
His nerve endings have been enhanced so he feels things about ten times more then a regular person, be it pain or pleasure.
