That´s a good question, is a double fanart (for ST and GF) so I guess is complicated to do something legal. But, usually, when people faces this situation... they share it, you could try it trough facebook, here (deviantart) and whatever you have. Is YOUR work after all they are using to sell something. Then the problem is "what will I get with this". Probably not money, but if people know this, maybe they´ll report that page or photo or they won´t even buy that drink.
