Description
This is my 11 year old cat. She was euthanized a week ago, November 7, 2009 at 2:15 PM. We took her to the vet and found out she had Pyometra and her liver and kidneys were failing her. I monitored every move she made for a week. She was 100% of my days. She didn't eat for a week and she eventually stopped drinking water pretty much. She was extremely lethargic but she moved around a lot more than you think a sick cat would. I tried everything from her infection medicine, to giving her water in a syringe, cutting up treats, buying wet cat food. I tried it all but there was nothing I could do to make her comfortable. I knew this day would come and I thought I was prepared but I'm just numb to it all. I just wanna go to sleep for a long time and wake up and this all be a long dream. This picture was taken 3 years ago, when she was happy and healthy.
My heart is shattered and I know time will heal but I am having an extremely hard time coping with her loss.
I won't forget you, my friend.
you were my everything.

she totally looks like my old cat Lucybelle, but I had to leave her behind when I moved across the country.

It's always nice to see the people who treat their animals like family...
So few people just think of them as pets, you know?
This is really sad, hopefully there are pets in heaven, you know?
My dads dog is struggling with cancer, and has lived over a year since the vet said he'd die.
animals are so amazing <3

Definitely. She was my everything. She's been gone for almost three months now and I still cry all the time thinking about her.
I'm sorry to hear about your dad's dog. It's one of the worst feelings in the world to lose an animal.
Thank you for your kind words
