Actually it's from the Bible. Matthew 6:24. And honestly the human capacity for love is endless, so I think love of two masters is very possible. But I do understand your sentiment. And thanks for the input! It's always nice to hear another perspective.

Yes, I know it's from the bible, it'Jesus words, but there is more a conclusion after other words and not a standalone quote. What I get from there, the whole words, if I was asked to transfer it in a standalone quote I would do it as I did it above, at least before your answer. I did the mistake to use the word love which in english combined with "master" is tricky.Β
