there is a lot of thinking that goes n before the drawing happens and photoshop is a program I have been wrestling with for like 10 years and I still dont know it that well... gonna take some classes soon so hopefully I can get a 1up in the skills from that too!
Thanks a bunch!

I know. That is what I try to tell people. There is a lot of studying involved. There is no way that you wan learn everything. It won't happen.
Yeah I just got Photoshop so right now I fail at it. I would post up-to-date stuff but I hate how scanned things look.
I also had no idea that Photoshop was a 3D program too. This stuff amazes me.
Oh! I have a question. When you draw you have smooth edges. I can't get that, not because of my strokes but because of my brushes. I use the standard brush but I still have problems. It becomes lumpy and problematic. I have tried making my canvas 12 inches or more but I still run into the same problem. Any pointers? xDD

yeah photoshop is a monster of a program.. just keep working with it and you'll definitely get faster and better...
As per your lumpy line.. I find that drawing with quick solid strokes helps avoid the lumps, ( I learned that from <-- I work with him and we've been really close friends for like almost 6 years now ) also make sure your computer can handle the program and that you aren't running a bunch of stuff at once, that lag can also hinder your line quality. Making your canvas large and working at a higher DPI helps too ( at l;east 200dpi is what I recommend, 300 if you are going to print it for production ) if you want more brushes lood for then online .. google free brushes photoshop you'll come across a bunch then sample them and use or discard until you find what makes YOU happy
Hope that helps

Haha! Yeah.
Maybe what my problem is, is having to small of a canvas. I usually have my DPI set to 200 but I often change it to 300 just because. I definitely have a fast computer that can handle it. Thanks so much for your help!
I have a few brushes haha! Ones like smoke and grass and shtuffs. Not many. I never went back to look for more. I guess that would be a good idea haha!
It is always good to have a friend that you can keep around for six years. ^^ You guys are both amazing! Haha! I need to learn from your lineart.- Heck! I need to learn a lot of things. Lol!
