To be perfectly honest. The actual Tails Doll from the game does NOTHING. He floats around the track and can float higher when he needs to jump, but other than a happy flail and a sad flail when he wins or loses, lacks any capability to show emotion or do anything. He doesn't talk or anything, as a matter of fact I should just refer to him as an it cuz literally he was just a space filler in the game.
Now as far as the "Tails Doll Curse" and the whole fandom being afraid of him, it's just the fans playing off the idea that he is creepy and all the curse stuff and what not is just fan made fiction.

...lol. I've heard that song before, but the original intentions behind that song were not in relevance to the Tails Doll at all. "Can You Feel The Sunshine" is a soundtrack from Sonic R and is the theme song for the first race track in the game. It is not a specific theme to the Tails Doll either, both songs have been referred to as theme songs for the Tails Doll by FANS, not listed as actual pro songs. xD; It's just funny because of the lyrics. The really funny thing is you don't actually unlock Tails Doll in that level. The Tails Doll is unlocked in the City race level with the song "Living in the City"....but whatever. Maybe I'm just such a huge nerd to know all these things.
My design of the Tails Doll is my own interpretation of what the Tails Dolls would look like in the new generation style and with my own personal spin. The Sonic R soundtrack played no influence to this design.

nice, but i dont understand with the tails doll, at first (one april fools day) someguy did a prank on his friend with the tails doll involved, and some how the Tails doll became something to fear?!?!, i still dont know everything about it but i know that it aint scary, but grat work, i love this
