The Story
Back in the stables Quintero made it very clear this wasnt his day. He was grumpy and didnt really want to go along with anything the team tried to do with him. He even made a fuzz over being brushed. It wasnt anything new to them. Quintero had days like this every now and then. The stallions temperament was well known amongs the RuneGaard family and everyone knew how to handle him. Since it was a competition they talked about canceling or not but after awhile they decided to see how he acted when they got out on the Competition ground. Quintero continued to misbehave while they got him ready. He for sure tested everyones patience today. When he finally was ready everyone in charge of him was sweaty and they all was very pleased to go and sit down and take a quick rest.

When they started to lead the stallion out from the stables he quickly changed attitude. He loved to compete and show himself. Even if he had a rider it was a one man show in his mind. And this ofc made everyone happy, now they could continue the competition as planned. Quintero danced around while being lead around. They wanted him to warm up his muscles and also calm down abit. Otherwise the risk of him being over charged and hyped would make him take every single obsticle with him. He needed to be somewhat calm and collected before being let loose in the arena. They walked him activly until it was their turn and he managed to calm down alittlebit. When they let him loose he started to show off as usual with his big gaits and head and tail held high. Neighing loudly every now and then just to tell everyone that hes the boss now. The team just shook their heads at his beahviour.
