I was watching Boomerang Channel a couple nights ago and "Wacky Races" was on. I thought to myself... "Self, maybe you should do a Penelope PinUp" (I talk to myself a lot by the way. LOL!)
And after doing a search for her on DeviantART and not finding a whole lot (though the usual Nudie, bondage and/or elephantiasis breasts with mega nipple fan art are there. *groan*) I decided I had to do it.
So here she is... fully clothed (though slightly redesigned), sassy and giant nipple free!
