Description Ok... looks like I'm gonna make a go of this OC Tournament.

Name: Maya (one name, like Cher. )
Age: Its complicated...
Race: Indian
Alliance: Independent

Quirks: Fiddles with her jewelry when nervous

IMPORTANT!: Added an addendum for this Reference sheet... with Color Palette. Check it out HERE.

I have some time before this has to be submitted "officially" so I may add more written information here about Maya as I think of it... but there is one thing I want to make clear right from the start. Maya's complete transformation is extremely rare. If you see this your chances of walking away are slim to none. Don't try to be a tough guy and think you can beat her when she gets like this... even I use it sparingly. I think it best for the purpose of this challenge that you stick with the lesser of her altered states. Unless you like getting your ass kicked...

Additional Maya artwork and sketches:

- YSI Sketch and Inspiration

- Original Character Design

- Audition Pg.1 Rough

- Ravi - I might bring him in as an NPC. Not sure.

Very nice work! Excellent drawing and coloring, along with an interesting backstory. Sounds like this will be an interesting entry into an OCT.

The only thing that bothers me is some reflections make her look shiny. Not that big though. Good job!

Thanks... but I kinda suck at sequential art so you'd definitely kick my butt. Hopefully liberally used old-school Onomatopoeia will be acceptable.

BAM!!

I love your imagination.
Not sure what look you were going for, but from a guy's point of view.
Her stare makes you stop dead in your tracks.
Great job.

Very cool! this looks like an interesting thing to do, I'd enter it, but I won't have a steady use of photoshop/scanner at college.
