This is testimony to one of the scariest and most amazing thing I've seen happen to myself.

A few months back, I was feeling sick. I was nauseous and couldn't eat. I was always coughing and was taking antibiotics for what I thought was just a sinus infection.
Weeks have passed......

Suddenly I was having trouble breathing and had trouble walking. So mom took me to the hospital. I wasn't really worried, assuming it was just some congestion. But as time went, coughing.....turned into hacking, and I wanted assistance of oxygen just in case. But when I got to the MRI, things became extremely difficult! I couldn't breath deep at all, let alone breath really. As soon as the doctor saw what I was coughing up, she panicked. "WE NEED TO GO NOW!" she said. Mom was asking why? what happened? The Woman said. "We have to go, shes very sick." That's when I looked at the heart monitor. It read around 43 over something. I thought I was seeing things.
When we got to the Hospital. They rushed to put the ventilator on me and hook me up on the monitors. I freaked out of course, asking what was going on. As soon as she said, "Keep the mask on, or you'll drown!" That's when reality hit. I'm in big trouble.

While I was still able to hold awareness, they gave me tests and I can't remember much for a few days after that.
When I was finally able to be aware of my surroundings. I asked. "What happened? Where am I?" The Nurse looked at me and said. "You're in the ICU." I asked her for what and stupidly tried to get up. But was unable to due to being connected to monitors around me. "You don't know? You were drowning due to Congestive Heart Failure. Your left and right ventricles failed to work, they're not moving.
You are to be put on the heart transplant list." I originally had a healthy heart, and was told my heart was perfect! Now this!? She said I was only a few hours or minutes of dying. Mom was just as shocked. She couldn't believe it either. We both know my body is in bad shape, but it trying to kill me is a different story. The ICU Nurse took my blood, Mom said. "Why is it black? It's not supposed to be black!" The Nurse said it was because my blood lacked too much oxygen, and that the ventilator will put enough oxygen back in it soon.

Even though I was scared, I refused to doubt God. If anyone has rights to doubt, God has that right over me. Mom told me that the Pastor told the Church, and They prayed and prayed for my heart to heal. Mom told me that other people had groups of people to pray for me.

If this doesn't show how awesome God is, I don't know what will. When I had the next eco of my heart. Something amazing happened. The ventricles, both the right and left ventricles were moving! The heart had shrunk back to normal size, and my lungs were getting rid of the fluid. I was told they pumped out 10 pounds of fluid out of my lungs and heart. My heart improved from 30% to 40% function. Just the rate the heart was healing, was enough to shock the Doctors! They told me my heart didn't only healed enough, but regenerated enough to work on it's own without needing a transplant!

God shocked the heart into regeneration. That's the only way my heart healed. I was in the ICU for eleven days. Told that my ventricles would have to be replaced, and now the Doctors are dropping their jaws in disbelief. I sill have to take medications for my heart, and have to see the heart doctor. But I'm alive. May not be in tip top shape, but I'm not dead. Blessed be the name of the LORD!
