1.
Sasukes eyes are covered by a wrap with the sign that say cloud on in it , its a seal that seals his sharigan and the use of his chakra that he uses through his eyes

2.the paper behind him it says "you will not escape"
a seal from him moving off the stone bed
STONE STONE STONE bed!

3.
on his stomach is a recovering jutsu seal ... to help his healing to go quicker.

Sakura is the only "major" medical ninja there only because she doesn't trust any one else and the other ninjas including Shizune and Tsunade are tending to other wounds

sasuke is not bleeding from the eyes he is slightly crying.
but he is still asleep but can hear what there saying..go figure.

ALSO! done with a MOUSE and GIMP! and manga studio

i will put the original sketch on here for a friend because he asked me to.
