I've met tons of sugar gliders. xD. Then again...none of the ones I've met were mean. They liked to try and cuddle in my cleavage though. -.-

Well, to be fair, 80% of the animals in that shelter are there because they have behavior issues. 15% are there because their owners got sick of cleaning their cages/got tired of them in general (And these are usually ill tempered because they don't have enough socialization). And the last 5% are because someone is moving and isn't allowed to take their pet(s) with them.
So 95% of the animals there have bad temperaments and take a lot of work to get socialized xD
