Experimenting a bit, but roughed it up from a sketch lol No ref, so pardon the poop anatomy. Not really done, but I couldn't sleep and I'm all stressed out. So it helped.I really don't think I could have gotten more cliche' lol

"quite realistic" if not over dramatic XD I do really enjoy classic versions of werewolves with the old film noir style and mentality. I might actually try to make a "wolfman" pic, just for kicks C;

If your muscles were tearing and being replaced and your bones were rapidly shifting form, you'd be dramatic too. I'm an old film fan myself, the style of your art really appeals to me. I'm working on some werewolf lit, if you're ever interested in collaboration, let me know--my visual art skills (aside from photomanip) are squat, but I'm a fair writer.

You've pulled this off really well, as someone else said I think the only problem is the tail being too high -- and even then it hardly detracts from the image. Good stuff

Since I'm no expert, I can't really criticise you on anatomy or give you any tips, but I will say that from an amateurs point of view.... wow! It really is quite amazing!

Nice pose, although the only thing wrong in the Anatomy department is that the Tail base is waaaay too high; it's actually supposed to be at the base of the Coccyx & not at Sacral level. Otherwise, they'd have no lumbar support at the Spine, Body or the Tail itself & is physiologically impossible to have the Tail exert itself at the waist. The Coccyx cannot squiggle upward in 88 directions at expel outward, it would just grow down & out at the lowest (end) point of the Body n' stuff.
(the same goes with all that Dew Claw jammy that doesn't work)
Just thought I'd clear that up for ya. Moar stuff like this please.

I'm aware of the tail thing lol I just didn't know what to do with the jeans and the butt and the tail, so i flubbed it lol And I can use all the help I an get on hands and that general part of anatomy, I'm BAD at it lol And thanks CX

Cliches can be excusable if the execution is well done, you *Checks your profile to be sure I don't mistake gender* madam have done quite well in that aspect, the positioning just off the center as well as the dynamic pose helps lead the eye around the different focal points.

haha I never guess gender right. Though I can usually guess if someone is right handed or left handed if I look at their gallery enough haha

I can guess in early sketches based on how they render jawlines but other than that it gets quite hard XD

Does slicing one's own flesh in the middle of a transformation normally happen? That is pretty intense. I love this. Great job. And, though I am by no means an expert, I think the anatomy is great.
