The son of Zeus and a woman who new light magic named Amaira , Rai was raised by his mother in the realm of Mysteria. Being the son of the god of thunder meant Rai was gifted with the power to control and use electricity. As he grew older he became a very wise young man with a penchant for snark like his mother. Once he came of age he began getting involved with the politics of his realm along with Earth. Raiden mentored his son throughout this and helped him hone his fighting skills along with the skills necessary to be a protector of the realm. Both would help each other grieve when Amaira passed away. After the invasion of Mysteria by Amadeus, Zeus decides to leave Earth in the hands of his son as he goes off to stop Amadeus . With his fathers blessing, Rai now serves as protector of Earth and does his. Best to protect his new home.
