Great style and work! I actually think the 'detailing' part is better. The amount of textures and particles makes it too busy to notice what a beautiful style you have.
The colors are also good in the detailing, just a bit of clean ups would be fine for a final image ^^! (For example, blend the hair strands (so they aren't visible) on the girl on the left more, so its more of a solid color)

I love the astepby step process of your! and what program you use? photoshop?

I used Paint Tool SAI for the lineart. For the color adjusment Photoshop is my best friend
