one day I noticed that there were a bunch of Snow Patrol songs used for Doctor/Rose vids on youtube...so I found out exactly how many as of that day...and during it, I found this song.
I confess that of Snow Patrol songs, while "Run" has the title...this one wins for me on more lyrics that apply.

Yeah, I love the rare songs I can relate to Doctor Who
