It has been some time since I've created artwork simply because I wanted to and because I felt the inspiration. This picture was for nothing and for no one except for me.
I've taken my inspiration from autumn, my favorite season of all... I just cannot get enough of these gorgeous colors!!! 
It was great fun practicing my manes and tails, which I don't get to do very often since I've been doing quite a bit of wolf art.
I'm exceptionally happy with how this turned out.
NO STEALING! I have not slapped a big gaudy watermark on this because I want people to be able to enjoy it in its entirety. However, I will put one on if I find this anywhere. No one is to alter or repost this work; look at it and comment/fav if you'd like, but please don't steal.

I am seriously considering making a tutorial about my manes and tails, BUT I'm still in the process of working a few things out, and it's still quite a bit of 'trial and error'... but once I get it all ironed out, keep the eyes peeled for a tut!!!! I'M SO GLAD YOU LIKE IT!

The color schemes are absolutely beautiful together, achieving this warm, almost angelic feel--like bronzed sunshine or something. I really love how you did the hair and how the horse is so well-blended into the background! It just all fits together perfectly
