The first is from the Ironside Dalek in "Victory of the Daleks" (Season 5) offering tea while undercover. The second is from the 10th Doctor (David Tennant), after a good waft of tea steam finally revived him from his regeneration cycle. The third is from the Seventh Doctor in "Survival: Part 1".
