Given her abilities and a compelling reason to do so, Lucy would pwn Neo, martial arts moves or not. At the end of the movie she had already entered Mary Sue territory as far as super-powers go, maybe that's why the script had her pulling an Obi-wan instead of rewriting her own genome to adapt her physical body to withstand the strain of her PCH4 overdosing. If Lucy had lived the sequel would have probably been like a darker version of "Bruce Almighty". ^_^
