Saving and loading has worked for me on both XP (desktop) and windows 10 (dell laptop).
I suspect windows version is not the issue... What internet browser are you using, and where do you save your files to?

I'm using Chrome and I save my files to the Download folder, but it doesn't save. Also the computer I'm using is an LG.


It doesn't work on my laptop either. It also uses Windows 7 and it's a ThinkPad

So you can't find the files and move them after they download?
I have no idea why both your computers would be doing that to you!

One trouble-shooting thing I would try is maybe experimenting with another browser. I have Chrom, firefox, and oprea, and sometimes when things are acting screwy for a certain browser game or page I try using a different one

I can't promise that will help though, because I haven't heard about other people having that issue yet!

I can find the file if I search deeper into my system, but if I try to load it, it says that the shortcut doesn't exist and asks if I would like to delete it :c

Hmmm I'll try another browser maybe. What browser do you use? 
The only problem with that is that this desktop is almost out of memory XDDDDD


Ehhhh I wish I was one of the people who wasn't experiencing this problem because I REALLY wanted to save this so I could make it a den item if I ever got membership:

cute art! Im sorry its giving you so much trouble!!
I use firefox and oprea the most, but I also have chrome. 
Its nice to have more than one just to swap between them as a trouble-shooting method.
