Species based on a Gulper Eel, Epsilon rests in the deep depths of the ocean, though he is planning to have land mammels be terrified of him and conquer the seas of the ocean. He does have a mouth, though its not visible unless he gets angry. I based him off of Marvin Martian when making it, though I do like how the tail on his connected to his back head turned out.
