Though I may have taken inspiration from Abyssal Monarch, I wanted to make him more of just a undead human with random ghost powers. How he achieved this form is that he unfairly drowned one day and then he was restricted as a ghostly reaper, and he makes sure that the ocean is safe and not polluted, though he will get revenge on the people who let him drown.
