Cipher is another of the smaller Shadowsky Keh'kitteh. He's athletic and actually quite adept at hiding when needed, this has made him a popular choice as a messenger when there is urgent messages needing to be relayed either within the faction or on the very very rare occasion, to the other factions. Keh'kitteh outside of Shadowsky say he's not "too bad" for being a Shadowsky Keh'kitteh. Which basically means he's not quite as awful as the others. Other Keh'kitteh think he's cool and he's fairly popular.

Cipher has incredible focus and excellent memory. He isn't too powerful when it comes to fighting, but he makes up for it with his other useful traits. He is incredibly light on his feet and has lightning fast reflexes.
