First, explanation about the character and explaining the "bendy-ish" design:

Yes, the design of the cartoon form had some inspiration of Bendy, mostly of charles horns and the shape that makes it look like is hair, but unlike bendy, he is NOT made of ink, and is NOT an ink zalgoid! HE is made of FLESH, a very maleable flesh! His ability is illusion, and the way his body works is pretty much like in the old cartoons, stretching and changing sizes, pretty much no logic, but he still has limitations, but all of this would probably just be illusions made by charles himself. Also charles, in his past life, made comic strips, and indeed wished to be an animator, but never could get to his dream.

So yes he had some inspiration in BATIM, but has an entire different concept and powers. Just a little explanation before someone says it is a RIP OFF in all aspects.
