for me and most other artists its probably the worst thing about fandoms in general. you are already getting sick of seeing it everywhere but then someone equates an ORIGINAL character you worked really hard on to this new trend, and the ignorance is frustrating. i have a toony drawing of one of my ocs and i stg if anyone goes "OMGEE ITS BENDY XDDD" im probably gonna blow lol

yeah ive had my characters compared to undertale characters a bunch of times before and it gets really fucking annoying
especially since i have a hatred for that fandom now

oh boy, that would be annoying. if someone makes a skeleton oc it is automatically assumed to be undertale, which sucks because i actually like undertale.

yea but surprisingly non of my ocs have been compared to the main characters from UT its almost always the side characters
(for example my oc bael Β
Β has been compared to muffet)
but i actually like undertale too its just the fandom thats kinda ruined the experience for me
