Thank you! I've been experimenting with multiple fields of art not just anime. I think I'll begin to start researching more in depth. Appreciate the Feedback, You rock!

I have a few pointers for you actually, about anatomy, lines and coloring.
So let's get started! Anatomy.
This is the first thing you need to learn. I noticed that in your pictures you don't really know how a head is shaped or how it looks around the ear/back of the head area
This is very, very simple actually! All you need to do, is draw an egg, sketch it in some light color like blue or green. Add some support lines, one vertically in the middle of the face and one horizontally where you'll place the eyes. Here's an example: [link]
You don't need to add all the lines shown there, it's enough with the two I mentioned Make sure they're bended so you'll show the round shape of the head. This way you'll see the shape of the jaw line and be able to place the ear from there (as shown in the example).
Next come proportion and body shape. I see this character is wearing a baggy shirt, but it will always help you to place the folds in the clothes and imagine how they lay on the body if you first draw out the basic shapes and the general form of the body first (shown here: [link] ).
The arms are supposed to reach half-way to the thighs, hands included, and the elbow is by the waist. These are pretty simple proportional rules, so if you feel like it, you can try measuring your own arms, hands and face to come up with your own way to measure them
In this picture I generally find it pretty hard to see exactly what's happening in the arm-area. They just disappear, and hiding body parts like this will inevitably make your character look unnatural, and in worst case scenario: dismembered. I assume that the white and black stuff is something like smoke or energy? None of these two things will completely cover anything, so if I were you, I'd draw out his arms in a more dynamic position and make the smoke/energy more transparent, sort of wrapping around his arms as it comes from the palms or something. Lines and color.
The lines in this picture look pretty messy, the easiest way to make a neat and clean lineart (definitely needed when working digitally), is to make the sketch on a bottom layer and "ink" it on a layer on top of that (coloring always goes under the line-layer). Try to make longer strokes rather than making the lineart full of these small ones, it makes it look hairy and a bit strange.
About the coloring, like I said, using layers is the best way to color nicely digitally, there's a huge bunch of tutorials here on dA to look at, so I suggest you'd do that and then try out some of their advice/techniques until you find something that suits you

Thank you very much for your advice! I love that you took the time to tell me what i did wrong. I thought I was improving but sadly it seems that I'm becoming worse and worse. I find that this is advice very true that I dont have any idea of proportion but I hope that will be fixed soon enough so that i can become a Pro. Again thank you for advice and I hope that I will become a become a whole lot better.
Have an awesome day.

Comparing this to the others, I think you're going forward
But don't worry! It takes a load of time and practice to improve (Been working on my art seriously for 8 years now? still not close to how good I want to be.)
I think just trying out those simple shapes will help a lot! Good luck
