Here is my custom variant of the BBC Video logo from 1991-1997, where the Heavy (from Team Fortress 2) is on the news being interviewed by a Spy.

Logo Variant description: The logo begins like usual, but when the BBC boxes fades in above, at the same time, the Heavy appears, being interviewed by a Spy, and in turn, covers part of the logo. Instead of the logo lasting usually 9 or 10 seconds, Heavy is interviewed by the Spy for longer until a male announcer (presumably Rupert Farley) angrily tells them that the logo should finish as it's way past the 9 or 10 seconds mark, the Heavy and Spy leave, causing us to get a full glipmse of the BBC logo until it fades out to black.
