Here is another photo related to Thomas & Friends: Wooden Railway, and this time, the cruel ringleader of the Troublesome Trucks, S.C. Ruffey gets his due.

This is the 1996 WR version of him, which was sold separately in the US until 2001 (but sold in the A Day at "The Works" Set until 2006), but as he was introduced in my country (United Kingdom) in 2001 (the reason why he was introduced in the UK in 2001 was because from 1996-2000, BRIO had the rights to the Thomas franchise when it came to Wooden toys which meant Learning Curve could not sell their Thomas & Friends: Wooden Railway line in the UK again until 2001), he continued to be sold here until 2009.
