Description
Using an combination of SFM, an greenscreen map for SFM, MSPaint, Paint.NET, Inpaint and www.bbc.co.uk/staticarchive/0f… , here is an SFM poster featuring myself (Lorcan the Scout) standing by an sign (which has the words "Save the internet from the FCC), and talking about why I dont want the internet and Deviantart to fall. here is how I made it.1. I went to www.bbc.co.uk/staticarchive/0f… , copied the image, opened Inpaint to load up the image, then I removed the Third Doctor, the "Danger, Minefield" text on the sign and the bbc.co.uk/doctorwho link. then I used Paint.NET to add the words "Save the internet from the FCC" to the sign.
2. Loaded up Source Filmmaker, and the loaded up the greenscreen map, then I added myself (Lorcan the Scout) to the very session, added lighting and then uploaded it as an SFM poster.
3. Went back to Paint.NET and added another layer to the edited background image, so that I can add myself (Lorcan the Scout) to the image, then chroma-keyed myself into the very image, and then merged the layer with the background image.
4. I copied the near-completed image, opened MSPaint, pasted the image to and an speech bubble.
5. Went back to Paint.NET again, to replace the background parts in the speech bubble with white, and then added my dialogue, and that is how I made the very image.

Okay... What the serious fuck do these people want? Has Deviantart done anything to them? Like, steal their cookies or something?

Its not all that, the FCC wants to destroy net neutrality and give big cable companies control over what we see and do online. If they get their way, they’ll allow widespread throttling, blocking, censorship, extra fees and discrimination in favor of the rich publishers who can afford to pay for the fast lane.
The Internet has thrived precisely because of net neutrality. It's what makes it so vibrant and innovative—a place for creativity, free expression, and exchange of ideas with a level playing field for all kinds of content. Without real, enforceable net neutrality rooted in the legal foundation known as Title II, the Internet will become more like Cable TV, where the content you see is what your provider gets paid to put in front of you by powerful corporate media interests.
And if we dont fight, then this website will be shut down, and the internet will be forever doomed

Create Art to Fight for Net Neutrality
DeviantArt is teaming up with Battle For The Net, the campaign to fight for net neutrality. We need weaponized artworks to drive home the message.
July 12th will be a day of coordinated grassroots efforts across the net to bring attention to the shadowy efforts of powerful cable industry forces to do away with net neutrality — a rule that protects open and equal access to the net by all publishers. We will join alongside sites like Reddit, Twitter, Amazon, Vimeo, Netflix, Soundcloud, and many others in activating our memberships to stand together for net neutrality.
We’re asking deviants to create art that other deviants and Internet warriors can share on July 12th. Your art may also be selected to be distributed far and wide by the official Battle For The Net campaign. Make your voice heard through your art!
