Prior to joining the Decepticon ranks to be Needlenose's Targetmaster Partners, Zigzag started off as an unhappy hovercraft repairman who was derisively nicknamed "Ziggy" rather than his real name by his fellow workers while Sunbeam started off as an irresponsible beach bum.

Keep in mind that Zigzag is completely painted over and his peg fits rather snugly into Sunbeam's port so care must be taken to avoid stress marks and paint chipping.
