Redirect to original
Description
Just to demonstrate the differences between then and now. Here's all that I did:-Removed the old teeth, replacing them with a higher detailed set and plush tongue.
-Resculpted lip and added a little more nose detail to top of nose.
-Removed and replaced the eyes with a pair of brighter hand painted set.
-Removed and redetailed the ears, trimming them, reshaped them, and repositioned them.
-Repaired any damages (reglued jaw hinges, glued down loose fur edges).
-Removed tattered whiskers and trimmed the face and neck a little more.
-Reairbrushed the face and hood.
-Removed the hood and replaced the facial padding inside, adding a little extra padding for comfort.
-Swapped out the eye mesh for a much more preferred material making field of vision larger and brighter.
All in all I'm very happy with the revamp as he needed a bit of love. he will be posted upon Furbuy shortly.

I think you do wonderful work, but I gotta say: I actually like the original better. The fur's length and colors look more natural, especially on the neck and ears.

it takes a little while, but I wouldn't give up on foam just yet. I started in late 2008 with foam. Once you get the hang of it, it can be very forgiving and just an overall wonderful material <3

Wait...so the one on the Right is the redone one? I actually think the one on the left is far better. The hair is not so choppy (particularly in the ear), the eyes are less buggy looking, and the overall appearance appeals to me more.

The left one is also a darker setting and not killed by the sunlight and a cheap camera. X3 I liked how he was originally, but the photos really don't do him justice now.

Various adhesives and various natural hairs.

Almost. The hood, face fur, and ears are original, just took about 2 days of on/off work to bring back to life.

...why do you taunt us with such beautiful creations when we can't buy them? haha I really love the way you did the head the first time around, but the improvements really do make a difference! (in a good way!!) Since this doesn't show off the details as much like inside of the jaw, I must say that one thing that gets me the most is how nicely done the ears were for the fix up. They seem to be much more realistic. Because of teh shine on the fur I wish the second picture wasn't taken outside, but all of the details look great! Kind of liked how the marking on the front of the neck/chest blended though in the older version...but that's a personal style preference, lol. Very amazing work!

lol sorry. Getting to me foam head commissioners this week (means YOU girlie!) so as soon as I get my livestream laptop here I will stream work on your girl. My husbands laptop is limping currently so I don't wanna push it too much with a steam for fear it may crash yet again... >.>
yeahhhh... Inside killed the colors, outside was a tad too bright. *sigh* I miss summer... that summer august sun made for the greatest of lighting.

Haha, girl have you seen how much work you have to do all of the time? Don't say sorry XD Bummer for your husband's laptop being a bit under the norm though...hope it doesn't die any time soon! Or crash. Or just do anything bad, lol.
This is when someone needs to give you some kind of really fancy set-up for taking pictures of your stuff at, where the lighting is always perfect, haha. Looked really good in the video though!
