Description For my Kim Possible/Phineas and Ferb story series, "A New Redheaded Cheerleader", these girls pictured above serve as the main antagonists of the books. There is going to be a second picture that shows the leadership. Both pictures are done by the extremely talented

Since Middleton High in my story is made up of 4500 students from grades 9-12 throughout Middleton, Danville, and surrounding areas of Middleton County (again, only exclusive to my story, or stories that revolve around ANRC), it requires a class of mean girls unlike any other to control a MHS Food Chain that big and to keep the status quo.

This is where the Mean Middleton Posse comes in.

Led by Veruca Salt, the large gaggle of girls, numbering around 60-75 from all five sections of the Posse, run Middleton High as if it were their personal fiefdom. They usually bully other kids they see that are on the low end of the Food Chain. However, they don't target either the general student body, or the MHS faculty, or any student with disabilities or if they are a minority.

But their preferable targets are either a) members of the Golden Dancers, whom Veruca's side of the Cheer Squad has a rivalry with because of the sense of hatred between Veruca and Violet Beauregarde four years after the events of the Wonka Tour (I put them at the age of 13 for this story when they went on that fateful tour), b) Scrub Cheerleaders who are either freshmen and sophomores new to the squad or had detention (these cheerleaders are often forced to do menial tasks for the Posse, such as picking up trash from the bleachers or scrubbing every square inch of the hardwood floors of the Middleton High arena)  or, more importantly, c) Kim's side of the squad (namely Kim herself, Bonnie, Tara, Jessica, and any other girl on the squad that supports Kim's cause of making the cheer squad a better place. Ron, too, is not immune from the boos and hisses of the Posse. He was a victim of one of their most heinous and infamous deeds that has ever been committed at MHS. This prank forced him to resign from the Middleton Mad Dog, a fixture of Middleton High since the 1950s.

The Leadership of the group usually meets bi-monthly at the Ashley's old clubhouse on 3rd St. School (the one from the Recess show) and the whole Posse usually gathers at the MHS auditorium once a week after school. They meet at the same place even during the summer months. During the meetings, and whenever they introduce a new member, all members, including the new one, must recite the MMP Pledge which describes their vile beliefs on a few mere lines about insulting the 'notties' (i.e. the bottom of the food chain) and Kim and her friends.

All of them must also know the Posse handbook, including the four most important rules.
a) NEVER be friends with Kim or any of her girls.
b) NEVER send the victim to a hospital or, worse case scenario, the morgue (i.e. no physical violence against anyone)
c) NEVER sabotage any major prank that Veruca or her cheerleaders or planning.
and
d) NEVER rat out any of the Posse members to the Media after a prank has been done (i.e. Code of Silence)

As mentioned above, the Posse is made up a pyramid of five sections:

They consist, from top to bottom:

*The Leadership (as pictured above) - These 7 girls usually enjoy the excesses of being on top of the Food Chain at MHS, such as eating from the senior tables (regardless if they are seniors or not), valet parking, complete immunity from detention or suspension, wearing skimpy outfits that would land anyone else in detention, chew on bubblegum or texting while class is going on,  and also get invited to the birthday parties of any top MHS athlete if they are in football, basketball, soccer, or baseball. In addition, these extremely wealthy girls would go on out-of-school cruises, buy a lot of expensive cars, make regular shopping tips to Country Club Banana or the Biyetch store, have plastic surgery done on them, and would get invited to VIP parties hosted by A-list Hollywood celebrities because of their wealth and that their leader is an heiress to a fortune worth in the billions of dollars. The catch though, according to the Posse's handbook, is that you have to have more than $4 million in assets, at least a junior, and be on the cheer squad in order to attain this position of extreme power and privilege

*The Top Posse: Consisting of only seniors, these mean girls enjoy the same above perks as the Leadership. The only difference is that they don't do the decision-making for the Posse. Only the Leadership would do that. They consist of seniors that are both on the cheer squad and whom are not on the cheer squad.

*The Junior Misses: Mainly juniors, these girls in the middle start to enjoy the luxuries of joining the Posse, such as weekend trips to the mall with a member of the Top Posse or with a combination of at least 2 girls from the Top Posse and one girl from the Leadership. Members usually start to wear skimpy outfits and have immunity from detention around this level.

*Sophies: Unlike the above three groups, these sophomores  don't enjoy any shopping trips to Country CB, they don't have any of the school perks like the valet parking and they don't have the immunity-to-detention rule. They are also not allowed to wear skimpy outfits. They still are allowed shopping privileges but only to the local malls.

*Fresh Models: Comprising of freshmen, they are usually the lowest ranking members of the Posse. The other four groups usually tease and insult Fresh Models to test them, even subjecting them to the same tactics they normally reserve for Kim and her friends. If Fresh Models usually insult them back with even more vulgar words, the Leadership would deem them as being mean, vicious and vile enough to advance within the Posse Pyramid. If they don't, then they are cast out of the Posse.

The number of members on the Pyramid as of the beginning of ANRC:
The Leadership: 7
Top Posse: 9
Junior Misses: 12
Sophies: 15
Fresh Models: 20
Total: 63

(Don't worry, , it's only the Leadership that's going to be concentrated on the most because they have the most lines of anyone else in the Posse in the story. XD )

They usually travel in packs of ten when they are at MHS: one member from the Leadership, one from the Top Posse, two from the Junior Misses, three Sophies, and three fresh models. This pack mentality doesn't apply outside the grounds of MHS.

The way that these girls advance through the Pyramid is through one of two ways: getting at least C's and D's on their report cards and, therefore, going to the next grade, and performing at least one planned prank against any person on the low end of the Food Chain. The latter is only applied to Sophies or Junior Misses.

The Posse's usual tactics to Kim's side of the squad involve cat-calls, insults, cursing, spitting on  their foreheads, and pranks such as TPing or egging them or their possessions. These, in the Leaderships' eyes, would not be considered planned pranks in order to advance through the Pyramid.

In the fashion department, primarily for the the Junior Misses, Top Posse and Leadership levels, their bottoms would normally consist of short skirts that reach to the kneecaps if they are on a beach. They would combo this, though, by wearing them low to show off their two-piece swimwear.

In the spring, the three upper groups combo their swimwear with low-rise jeans. In the fall and winter, baggy Country CB and Biyatch jeans and baggy Country CB overalls (with straps down, naturally) combined with Country Club Banana boxers (that they usually show off) and a belt to keep the baggy clothes up is the dominant fashion for them. In the case of baggy overalls from the Biyatch store, the Posse keep the straps up, but since the clasps on the Biyatch overalls are usually manipulated, they allow the force of gravity to cause the overalls claps to slip through the buttons when they walk. The Posse members of the top three levels especially LOVE to do this in front of male athletes, primarily to 'tease them', as Veruca herself puts it. They combo the Biyatch overalls usually with belts to keep them up. Sometimes, they wear long-sleeved denim jumpsuits and boilersuits, albeit with the sleeves tied along the waists to keep up with the theme of their fashion.

As for tops, the three upper groups usually wear low-cut croptops, halter tops, and tube tops (from Country CB, of course) to complement their baggy bottoms.

The Sophies and Fresh Models can only wear croptops with regular Club Banana jeans and Club Banana overalls with one strap attached, according to the Posse handbook.

The three upper levels of the Posse Pyramid usually wear a lot of expensive bracelets, a variety of expensive necklaces (Rebecca Starlet's $500,000 star necklace included) and an array of earrings from Country CB and from the Richest Mall.

For footwear, they usually wear high heels with outfits that involve skirts and low-rise jeans, and boots and expensive sneakers to complement the baggy overalls and jeans.

But the pride of the Posse lies in its infamous silver charm bracelet that every member should wear, regardless of their position on the pyramid, that they must wear at ALL TIMES when at MHS (except for cheer practice, athletic contests, and competitions). The charm bracelet consists of the members' first and last initials in their name, and what position they are in 'FM' for Fresh Models, 'SOPH' for Sophies, 'JRMS' for Junior Misses, 'TP' for Top Possee and 'L' simply for the leadership. Fresh Models and Sophies are forbidden to wear any other jewelry except for the charm bracelet and they can only have bellybutton piercings. As for the other three, they usually have their ears, nose and bellybuttons pierced.

As for cheer uniforms, if they are a part of the Cheer Squad, they wear them the same way as Kim and the rest of the cheerleaders.

Now that a description of the Posse is done, here are the members of the  Leadership, from left to right.

Rebecca Starlet: (17 yrs. 1 mo. sophomore about to be a junior): She currently serves as the vice-president of the Posse, co-captain of the squad, and usually follows Veruca's lead in terms of fashion and in her all-out hatred of Kim and her fellow cheerleaders. Reb, as she is called by the Posse, and Veruca have been friends since they were six. One of her proudest possessions is the $500,000 necklaces that she usually wears all the time, regardless of outfit. Rebecca's mom serves as a prosecutor of Middleton County while her dad is an oil tycoon. She has a good relationship with the latter because of the obscene amounts of money he takes in, but the relationship with the former is a whole different story.

Veruca Salt (17 yrs. and 9 mo. junior about to be senior) Veruca is the president of the Posse, captain of the entire MHS squad, and primary rival to Kim. She is extremely cruel, manipulative, vile, evil, sadistic, and mean-spirited and, thus, the main antagonist of ANRC. Veruca, on weekends and during the summer, oversees her exclusive fashion and perfume line alongside with a music career as well, hosting a concert from time to time. Heiress to a fortune worth around $59 billion with 15,000 servants at her beck and call, and with a very large social media following on AddressBook and Flitter, Veruca takes the meaning of 'high school evil' to another level. As of the beginning of ANRC,  Veruca has had 17 previous ex-boyfriends with no relationship lasting longer than two months.

She will stop at nothing to maintain her power and position both on the Cheer Squad and on the MHS Food Chain. Veruca usually calls Kim and her cheerleaders, whom she views as beneath her level, to be 'maggots', 'vermin', and other degrading terms.  Veruca and Kim virtually disagree on just about everything, ranging from Veruca's warped views on fashion and her breaking the rules of MHS (and getting away with it)  to  Kim saving the world from Drakken and other villains whenever schemes take place near any VIP party Veruca attends, (thus stealing attention away from Veruca towards Kim.). She is so infamous that Rufus would growl and bark repeatedly like a dog whenever he smells Veruca's signature perfume 'Eau de Heiress'. Veruca's reckless decisions made as captain of the squad in front of Kim, such as extending practice time by a half-hour, obsessing over the perfect cheer routine in which the former is on top and the latter is forced at the base,  and playing pranks on her fellow cheerleaders (and Ron), especially infuriate Kim the most. Usually armed with two cans of bear mace and a Taser in her handbag, and her most dangerous weapon of all, her wealth, Veruca lives up to the reputation of being named 'The Worst Cheerleader in the World' and the 'Harlot of Middleton High' (according to Tara)...and loving every second of it.

Carmelita Spats (16 yrs. 11 mos. sophomore about to be a junior) Once allied with Count Olaf and surviving the fire of the Hotel Denouement at age 13, Carm, as she is called by the Posse members, had a friendship with Rebecca before that time, thus making her a member of the Leadership by association according to Veruca. She is the one who usually handles the membership fees on the Posse (for every member of the Posse, excluding the Leadership, has to pay a fee in order to remain on the group every month. Usually, she calls Kim a 'ginger-sniffer' and Ron a 'Naco-sniffer', the same way she once taunted the Baudelaires when she was entered into the Prufock Prepatory Boarding School at age 10.

Sandi Griffin (17 yrs. 11 mos. junior about to be a senior) The oldest of the Posse Leadership, and on the verge of turning 18 at the start of ANRC, Sandi is designated as the fashion coordinator of the Posse. She usually maintains a so-called 'calendar of fashion' indicating what the group would wear to school for the next day. Like all other members of the Leadership, she views Kim and the good-natured cheerleaders as 'disgusting and pitiful pond scum'. Like Carmelita, she too became a founding member of the Posse by association.

Kim is definitely going to have her hands full with these mean girls, just to put it lightly.
