Javert is a character from the musical Les Miserables. He is the personification of Law and Order; Javert is uncompromising and ruthless. He is the primary antagonist of the story, and my favorite character.His pony version here is based on his portrayal by Norm Lewis in the Les Miserables 25th Anniversary Concert.
