I had to. Couldn't resist.. Fireflies is an ausome song. I was gunna do a picture based on some other song but I liked this idea. 
Besides, I need a new wallpaper. 
The fireflies look a little weird but WHATEVER. Owl City!

It wasnt that hard. I just used the water tool.

.............it took months for me to figure out what most people used the water tool for and why they used it so commonly. =____= i use water tool now, but my one source used to always be blur, then i figured out why i hated using it in those situations so much and other people did so.
