Hmm. Great details, but her face looks quite plain, when most people draw her as hypersexy.

If you DIDN'T make her plain on purpose, I have three suggestions: make her mouth a little less wide (and maybe shorten the upper lip), reduce or remove the grooves from her nose to her lips, and move her eyes a little farther apart.

Aside from that, I love your details here - the way her vines are running through the prison shirt and maybe rotting it off her, and especially the way the plants have grown outward from her skin across the ground - too many people have her decked out in plants and fondling a vine or two, but without affecting the ground itself. Here, though, we can see her connection to the earth, and that it's a disease for her and not just a power.
