Just a Flygon flying through a night storm. No rain, just lightning! I think I will make this the partner pokemon to the Pikachu with the goggles that looks like it should go hang-gliding. Atleast that would explain the saddle and grips. Niether have names. If I do another picture of the two of them together, I will have names for them.Done on Bulbagarden oekaki. Time = around 200 minutes.

Very nice. I like the twisting body and the perspective. Lots of action in the pose, gotta love that.
