Description                         - Shashank Rajwade

What do you want my sweet little girl,
Why are you trotting in this forest?
Don’t you fear the beasts of the land?
And are you not aware of ghosts and spirits,
How can you walk in such a dark deep night?
In these deep dark woods,
When there are so many creatures lurking here,
Creatures wearing big pitch black hoods.

How can your folks let you out,
On such a night in such a place,
What makes you free of fear?
And what gives you so much courage,
Why you jump in these dark woods,
Why don’t you go home and act you age?
O sweet child all dressed in white,
Go your home, just go study or play,
Go make your folks fill with pride,

"O saint of a man, though your words are correct,
Don’t be alarmed by my presence in this forest,
I am the virgin mother and I am all white robed,
Came to see thee for your goodwill and hope,
See this is a visitation for you; I think you will cope,
See you know my son died for man’s sins on the cross,
But you are an only sinless man which I came across.
Hope you will understand the significance of this,
And you will stay the same; make me this promise."

That was quite an interesting text, and an interesting subject. Though it sounds more like prose, with some poetic aspects, than a poem. I'm not criticizing it, that's just how I felt while reading it.
