My first issue of Buckaroo Banzai: Hardest of the Hard comes out today. Featuring covers by DAer J. Anthony Kosar and Malcolm McClinton. Pencils by me and inks by Mark Stegbauer colored by James Brown(W) Earl Mac Rauch (A) Shawn Van Briesen What was she like, before this exquisite and badass bass player joined the Hong Kong Cavaliers, and how did she join up? What is her hush-hush all-seeing connection with the World Crime League? Was it a love connection at first sight with Perfect Tommy and Lady G? How do you choose between plucking a bass guitar and plucking a chicken? And remember, as always, the watermelon is optional!

Good old Buckaroo. I'm glad he fiuanlly got another sequel after the movie form the 80s. I've watched that movie a million times.

Moonstone has done several of these. It's a fun book to work on.

or better yet- would you know of any comic book publisher who would be interested in my kind of comics? there must be someone somewhere!

My advice would be to send pitches to a lot of publishers and see if they have any interest.
There is always the self publishing route as well I've heard good things about Ka-blam

Kablam kicks ass. Seriously, there is zero competition for them- you can make color comics, timely, cheap enough to actually sell them to strangers and they have their own nascent distribution system which can only improve with greater patronage.
And no, I am entirely unrelated to them, I just really think they are that good. I am putting my noir pulp TEMPLAR comic out through them.
