This is a sketch I did as a guest at SpringCon 2013 . This is brush, ink and Copic makers on 11 x 14 Bristol Board.The owner of the sketch posted it on CAF . I wish I'd gotten pics or scans of all the sketches I did that weekend. That's pretty much all I did at SpringCon this year was sketch after sketch. Oddly, I was only asked to sketch female superheroes. I don't think that's ever happened at a convention for me before. It was a lot of fun but I never got to get up and walk about the show.
My next show this year is ConVergence , which is a fantastic show.

And not being funny, but if I did a finished piece that good in a day, I'd be happy, let alone a sketch

You're going to the wrong conventions then, mate. The Copic marker sketches have become sort of the standby at shows lately. I'm not sure why? But thank you for the compliment.

Aw shucks...Thanks, man. My next show is a Sci-Fi. Those are very different from Comic cons. But very fun.
