Ruby Rose from the Rooster Teeth production RWBY, this is the unedited version, the one I posted on the Rooster Teeth site has a title done digitaly over the cape. This is also the first time I have tried integrating some colour into my graphite drawings.Materials used: H and B woodless graphite pencils ( various grades ), torts and blenders, kneadable and magic rub erasers, crimson and vermillion prismacolour pencils blended with a copic blending marker and paper : )
Hope everyone likes this one, stepped out of my comfort zone a bit with colours amd got it done in 3 days, just call me the Flash!

It was my first time integrating colour into my drawings as I primarily use graphite and white pastel pencils and was stoked with the result.
I did this pic pretty quick, its only an a4 size but I did it over a weekend just before the RWBY poster contest. It ended up taking about 20 hours all up from my friday night to about 1am on sunday morning with the bulk of the work being done in a Monty inspired 14 hour run on sunday only breaking to eat, then had to get up 4 hours later for work moving furniture
Please add it to fan art friday, Im so happy with peoples reception of this pic, its made the whole experience really awesome, and if Monty sees it tell him I won 3rd place at Brisbane Supanova in november by entering this
