That makes 2 of us. I think its funny that Iv had 2 bachmann spectrum steamers for years and just now found out that they are both dcc ready.

We'll usually just one, my Proto 2000 NKP 0-8-0, but ive got quite a lot of HO scale locomotives (most of course too large for switchign) that I sometimes pull out, used to have a 4x8 HO layout, but now its N.

at least yours runs my 4x8 is unuseable bucause the tracks look like a green penny now.

Have to tried using a walthers bright boy? Works great for cleaning extremely dirty track.

used one when I was cleaning the track during the winter but I couldn't get all of the track on the backside and now the mice have messed up my progress with the layout in the garage.

If I had the money I would really like to buy Bachmanns EZ command DCC control system that includes a dcc equiped locomotive.
