In the corner beside my windowThere hangs a lonely photograph
Something inspired by those lyrics in the song Hope Leaves by Opeth. It's something very different from the norm for me, and I found it to be very fun. I tried a sort of different technique too, using lines a lot instead of smooth shading. I might take a crack at more song lyrics if they inspire me. I was sort of intimidated to try this before.

oh my god. This is OPETH.. I think this thought visually all the freaking time..
That song by Opeth is so miserable yet beautiful.. I tend to listen to it alot when I'm feeling down.
Gone through days..
without talking..
there is a comfort in silence..
so used to losing..
all ambition..
struggling to maintain what's left..
In my opinion though.. I think the effect would have been perfect if there was someone alone curled up in that corner.

Definitely is different from your normal things, that shows that you can be very flexible in your art! I love the perspective in this, I keep finding myself leaning in to study the photograph. Wonderful monochromatic feel too!
