Sophie's character profile says she literally was born with the genetics to be so muscular. Nothing freaky or mutant, just that most people in her family are buff and/or strong. Further she was enthused to train from a young age. Thus she trains out of personal habit, like brushing her teeth and grooming everyday, and not so much a narcissistic need to be huge typical in most bodybuilders.
